Who We Are:
The Plan is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization based in Montgomery County, OH. Our mission is to reduce domestic violence in our community. ThePlan is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with an all volunteer staff operating from a small office in Montgomery County, OH. Our EIN is 33-1196481. We are registered with the IRS and the state of Ohio as 2000 PLus, Inc. and with the state of Ohio with the "doing business as" name of (dba) thePlan. Jack Brickler is the founder and director of thePlan.
Our Goal:
We strive to create lasting change by encouraging healthier behaviors and relationships, ultimately reducing domestic violence in Montgomery County.
How We Make a Difference:
• We share encouraging messages and connect individuals with counselors and organizations that have successfully helped people change violent behaviors.
• We distribute information through pamphlets, our website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and billboards.
• We are developing a new initiative called Break the Cycle, which will feature discussion groups and educational videos.
